Brand Development & Creative Direction
- Develop and evolve visual identities for new and existing brands — including logos, packaging, typography, and brand storytelling
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, color systems, iconography, and photography direction
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and maintain an organized asset library
Graphic & Marketing Design
- Design packaging, brochures, in-store visuals, and promotional materials
- Produce visuals for marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Collaborate on content strategy and messaging for social media, digital ads, email, and web
- Write and edit marketing copy, taglines, and product descriptions
- Contribute to storytelling, brand campaigns, and educational initiatives
Digital & Multimedia Design
- Create digital assets for eCommerce, social ads, newsletters, and display campaigns
- Edit videos and motion content using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- Repurpose and adapt content across formats and languages when needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, pharmacists, and leadership teams to translate strategy into design
- Participate in product launches and creative brainstorming sessions
Regional & Market Support
- Adapt designs for regional audiences — including Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China, and Hong Kong
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting to local cultures, languages, and regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand design, content creation, or multimedia production
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and content design across print and digital
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or similar tools
- Deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and visual communication
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized — with strong multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote setup
- Experience in health, wellness, or consumer goods is a plus
- Degree in Design, Marketing, or Communications preferred (but not required)
