Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design from research to delivery, using design thinking and user-centered methods.
  • Develop and iterate on design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Present ideas and design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
  • Incorporate accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
  • Create design documentation, annotations, and assets for development handoff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, strategists, and developers.
  • Support rapid testing and design adjustments when needed.
  • Participate in design QA to ensure quality and consistency.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, UX, and design systems.
  • Strong ability to balance creative vision with practical problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of digital products, web standards, and accessibility.
  • Collaborative mindset and confidence presenting design solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of AI-enhanced design workflows is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for design, creativity, and technology.

What DEPT® Offers

  • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave.
  • Remote-first culture with global collaboration opportunities.
  • Professional development support, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
  • A culture built on openness, creativity, and inclusion.

Estimated U.S. salary range: $106,900 – $150,100 USD (based on experience and location).
