Anthology is hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of online learning. You'll work on core products like Blackboard and contribute to evolving their design system—all while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.

You’ll toggle between early-stage exploration and delivery-ready execution, bringing both strategy and craft to large-scale edtech solutions used by millions globally.

What You’ll Do

Lead design projects from research to final delivery
Prototype, test, and iterate with tools like Figma
Contribute to and evolve a robust design system
Ensure responsive, accessible, inclusive design across mobile and web
Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams
Participate in design critiques, audits, and team learning initiatives
Bring customer insights into every stage of the design process

What You’ll Need

5–8 years of product design experience (web + mobile)
Strong portfolio of user-centered and visually excellent work
Experience with design systems, interaction design, and accessibility
Skilled in responsive and inclusive design
Comfortable collaborating in Agile teams
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Passion for education, innovation, and improving usability at scale

Nice to Have

Experience designing for AI or machine learning
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, React, or other frameworks
Experience working on global or distributed teams
