- Translate business needs and user insights into clear, elegant, and functional designs.
- Raise the design quality bar across internal products through collaboration and craftsmanship.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs backed by user research.
- Present design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, guiding teams through your process.
- Contribute to and evolve Ro’s internal design system to ensure visual and UX consistency.
- Use data and research findings to inform design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience designing end-to-end digital products.
- Proven track record designing for complex internal systems (e.g., EMRs, enterprise tools, or financial dashboards).
- Strong understanding of design systems and scalable design patterns.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to design details.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience conducting or applying user research and usability testing.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Benefits
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (plus One Medical membership).
- Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Flexible PTO and paid parental leave.
- Fertility, wellbeing, and professional growth benefits.
- Pet insurance and student loan support.
- Access to virtual wellness, fitness, and mental health resources.
Salary range: $167,900 – $195,000 USD (depending on experience and location), plus equity and benefits.
