Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer on our Experience Design team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how users engage with our leading work execution platform. You will craft user-centered experiences for both web and mobile that are intuitive, valuable, and elegant. By applying design thinking and advocating for the end user, you’ll help ensure our products meet the needs of everyone — from first-time users to seasoned professionals.
Your focus will be on driving product growth and experimentation, designing impactful features that attract, convert, and retain users while maintaining high-quality standards. This role combines UX design expertise, strategic insight, and data analysis to solve complex problems and achieve meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion user needs through design thinking and human-centered approaches
- Optimize product experiences using A/B testing and experimentation
- Collaborate with research and data teams to inform and validate design decisions
- Elevate design quality through thoughtful and consistent work
- Contribute to and leverage established design systems, patterns, and guidelines
- Clearly communicate design rationale and ideas to cross-functional teams
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to launch and iterate on features
- Translate insights into polished, user-focused designs that support key user journeys
- Take ownership of your projects, driving them from concept through execution
What You Bring
- 7+ years of product design experience, preferably within SaaS or enterprise environments
- Strong visual design skills with a demonstrated ability to influence quality and consistency
- Experience designing scalable, complex product experiences
- Leadership abilities, including mentoring and facilitating alignment across teams
- Ability to manage feedback constructively and collaborate effectively
- Deep understanding of hierarchy, typography, interaction, color, and layout principles
- Eagerness to learn and grow across design, product, and leadership areas
- Degree in Design (Interaction, Product, HCD, or related) or equivalent experience

Salary Range
$152,500 - $201,250 USD (dependent on experience, location, and other factors)
Eligible for competitive incentives and bonuses.
