Rythm Health is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to own and evolve the full dashboard experience across web and mobile. This is a full-time remote role for someone who thrives on solving design challenges, building clean systems, and turning real user insights into delightful experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of web and mobile dashboards, making every interaction seamless
- Build and maintain scalable design systems connecting product and marketing
- Collaborate closely with engineers to solve complex UX challenges
- Conduct research and turn feedback into actionable product improvements
- Draw inspiration from the health and wellness space to create intuitive, engaging designs
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment, delivering high-quality work without getting stuck in perfectionist loops
Who You Are
- Daily user of Figma with a portfolio showcasing clean, scalable UI/UX work
- Experienced in designing for both web and mobile
- Strong collaborator and communicator, able to provide and receive clear feedback
- Passionate about health and wellness, with a keen understanding of user needs
- Comfortable moving fast, iterating, and shipping products in a startup setting
