This full-time role focuses on partnering with customers to improve their research practices and ensure they get real value from Maze early on. You'll design onboarding programs, advise on research strategies, and collaborate closely with Customer Success to deliver scalable, effective research enablement.
What you'll do:
- Build and scale customer onboarding and research maturity programs
- Guide customers on research strategy and methodology
- Develop playbooks, templates, and frameworks for research adoption
- Lead training, advisory sessions, and customer enablement calls
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in UX Research or ResearchOps, building and scaling research programs
- Strong program management skills with a focus on scalable systems
- Client-facing experience with the ability to build trust quickly
- Ability to operate at different levels—from strategic leadership to hands-on support
- Curiosity, adaptability, and passion for helping customers succeed
