The role
We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead design on our enterprise platform. You’ll shape features from idea to launch, simplify complex workflows, and create tools that thousands of users rely on every day. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership in a product-led, design-mature company.
What you’ll do
– Own the design of features from early research to final handoff
– Design for power users working across web and mobile
– Help define and evolve our design system in Figma
– Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams
– Lead user research and usability testing
– Balance powerful functionality with ease of use
– Guide and mentor other designers (if staff level)
What we’re looking for
– 4+ years of experience designing B2B or productivity tools
– Strong portfolio showing how you solve complex UX challenges
– Deep experience with Figma and design systems
– Skilled in product thinking, systems thinking, and visual hierarchy
– Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
– Strong grasp of accessibility and responsive design
– Based in North America (preferred: US or Canada)
Bonus points
– Experience in construction tech, procurement, or marketplaces
– Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, HTML/CSS)
– Experience leading design or mentoring others
