Senior UI Designer

Sangoma is looking for a Senior UI Designer to join its Product & Digital Experience team. In this role, you’ll shape the visual and interaction design across a unified product ecosystem that includes desktop and web applications, mobile experiences, and administrative tools. Sangoma builds communication solutions used by organizations of all sizes, including UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, and hybrid systems.

This position is ideal for a designer who can turn complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces while maintaining consistency, accessibility, and a strong visual identity.

What You’ll Do

• Create and refine high-fidelity interface designs across multiple Sangoma products
• Transform wireframes and user flows into polished, production-ready UI
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring cohesive use of components, typography, color, and layout
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to support smooth hand-off and implementation
• Produce interactive prototypes for usability testing and incorporate insights into design iterations
• Align product visuals with Sangoma’s broader brand guidelines
• Promote strong accessibility and UI standards across teams
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in UI or Product Design, ideally within SaaS, telecom, or B2B software
• Portfolio demonstrating modern, well-crafted UI work for web and mobile
• Expertise with Figma (preferred) or similar tools
• Strong understanding of responsive design, component systems, and WCAG accessibility principles
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or React is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design rationale clearly
