About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a high-performing, AI-driven product team. You’ll work in fast-paced, one-week sprints alongside product leaders and designers, tackling new challenges and evolving your client’s digital products every week.
You’ll use AI tools to elevate your design process and turn complex business goals into intuitive, elegant user interfaces that shape the future of digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Create innovative, standout designs with viral potential through unique visuals and functionality.
- Use AI tools (image generation, animation, copywriting, Figma AI features) to boost your workflow.
- Design and prototype high-quality UI in Figma using components, auto-layout, and animations.
- Lead rapid prototyping sessions during live client workshops, iterating designs in real-time.
- Manage the full design lifecycle, from research to final UI delivery.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across projects.
- Document AI-powered design processes to onboard new team members.
- Participate in client meetings, sharing insights and asking strategic questions.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of UI/UX design experience in product-focused environments.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Proven experience integrating AI tools into your design workflow.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work US business hours (9am–5pm, any US timezone).
- Based in South or Central America.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered designs and clear processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS, productivity, Ed-Tech, or consumer digital products.
- Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and technical feasibility.
