We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design direction for Hue. This role combines product design, brand identity, and user experience into one: you'll shape how users interact with the platform and how Hue itself presents its brand.
You'll work across the full product experience—from marketing pages and onboarding flows to dashboards and feature interfaces. You'll also oversee brand-related design, such as logo specifications, brand kits, and typography, collaborating with freelancers when needed. Beyond the product, you'll contribute to Hue's evolving brand identity through campaigns, marketing assets, and creative guidelines.
This position is ideal for someone excited by the mix of AI, design, and startup culture , and who wants to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and user needs into designs that balance usability, aesthetics, and conversion.
- Run user research, usability tests, and A/B experiments to inform product improvements.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system for consistent use across product and marketing.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers on user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Define design specs for logos and brand kits, and coordinate with freelancers on typography and brand elements.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in UX, UI, AI-powered design, and accessibility standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS web/mobile design.
- Strong UX expertise with polished UI design skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating brand identity, logo work, and digital product design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Framer.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, usability testing, accessibility (WCAG).
- Experience with custom typography or font integration (nice to have).
- Experience designing for localization/multi-language environments (plus).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (plus).
