Koru UX Design is a HealthTech-focused UX design agency helping global clients create user-centered, impactful digital products. Our teams work as embedded design partners, shaping experiences that drive innovation and improve healthcare outcomes.

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver meaningful solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications.
  • Turn complex requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research to guide design decisions.
  • Create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and clients.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a strong design culture.
  • Apply WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with B2B or enterprise products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing process and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and collaboration tools like Miro.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean UX methods.
  • Bonus: Experience in HealthTech or B2B enterprise environments.
