About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and design intuitive, user-focused interfaces for AI-driven platforms, mobile applications, and web products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft designs that align user needs with business goals. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects across different industries, providing both creative challenge and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full design process from concept to implementation for client projects and internal products.
  • Maintain organized Figma files with consistent components, styles, and libraries, ensuring a single source of truth.
  • Create wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
  • Conduct usability testing, competitive analysis, and research to guide design decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff of design assets and documentation.
  • Use AI and other tools to streamline design workflows and adopt new practices across the team.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders, grounding decisions in user needs and business objectives.
  • Contribute to building a high-quality design culture within the studio.
  • Participate in multiple projects simultaneously, providing input on project storytelling and marketing presentation.
  • Stay up to date on UI/UX standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates UX expertise, user flows, and visual design for established brands.
  • Experience in structured, fast-paced environments with clear processes and remote collaboration.
  • Familiarity with working in multi-designer teams and contributing to shared systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including libraries, auto layout, components, and prototyping.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Knowledge of Google and Apple design guidelines.
  • Strong graphic design skills, including typography, composition, layout, grids, and color.
  • Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • Experience designing for AI-driven applications, mobile, and web platforms.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and interactive design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
  • High attention to detail and strong visual sensibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing complex, data-heavy interfaces.
  • Motion design skills.
  • Illustration or brand design experience.
