Growmodo is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in AI-enhanced design. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end product design efforts—from early concepts and research through polished prototypes. Your work will focus on creating intuitive, purposeful digital experiences while integrating modern AI capabilities that improve usability and performance.
This is a hands-on role where you will shape design direction, collaborate across teams, and contribute to innovative solutions that solve real user problems. The team operates Monday through Friday, following two CET-based shifts.
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs in Figma and other modern design tools, combining visual clarity with strong UX principles.
- Use research, testing, and AI-assisted insights to guide design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and systems that support AI-driven features.
- Integrate AI capabilities—such as NLP, predictive behavior, or automated workflows—into product interfaces.
- Stay informed about new design trends, emerging tools, and AI advancements.
- Work within CET hours to collaborate effectively with global teammates.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with UI/UX design tools, especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid experience using AI-powered design or prototyping tools.
- Portfolio showcasing complex design projects where AI features improved the user experience.
- Strong skills in user research, including the use of AI tools for testing and behavior analysis.
- Understanding of AI concepts such as natural language processing, computer vision, or predictive modelling.
- Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Basic familiarity with modern web development practices.
- Experience building or maintaining scalable design systems, especially those that include AI-driven components.
- Previous mentoring or experience leading design workshops or sprints.
