Brainly is seeking a Senior UX Copywriter to shape user journeys with empathetic, growth-focused content. You’ll lead copy strategy across product touchpoints, influence AI-enhanced content creation, and collaborate with product, brand, and marketing teams. This role balances creativity and strategy, delivering impactful experiences for millions of students, parents, and teachers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX copy creation and strategy, ensuring clarity, inclusivity, and emotional resonance
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on communication and UX decisions
- Implement scalable tools, workflows, and AI technologies for efficient content creation
- Collaborate with product and brand teams to embed user insights and brand voice
- Write engaging copy for onboarding flows, in-app messages, notifications, and feature launches
- Optimize content using data, A/B testing, and user feedback to drive acquisition, retention, and monetization
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX copywriting, product content strategy, or brand messaging for consumer-facing apps (education experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX copywriting excellence and measurable impact
- Deep empathy for students, parents, and teachers
- Proven track record of driving product growth through user-centered copy
- Skilled at collaboration and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven optimization
- Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation and drafting
- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
