The Role:
Join a mission-driven team improving healthcare experiences. As a Senior UX Designer, your work will directly impact care providers’ ability to make better, faster decisions. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and users to design intuitive, effective interfaces across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create mockups and prototypes that communicate functionality
- Refine personas and journey maps based on real data
- Champion UX best practices and consistency
- Collaborate with engineers and QA for accurate implementation
What They’re Looking For:
- Expert-level UX design experience
- Strong visual/UI design sense (they aim for the best UI in healthcare)
- Flawless attention to detail
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, Protopie (and similar tools)
- Background in agile teams and modern design processes
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for specs and dev collaboration
- Great communication skills and relationship-building ability
- A mix of creative and analytical thinking
