About Us:
We’re a rapidly growing SaaS company focused on helping agencies and local businesses manage their marketing and operations more efficiently. Our platform is feature-rich — and we're looking for a Senior UX Designer to make those features feel simple, intuitive, and easy to use.
We’re a remote-first, product-led team that moves fast and designs with purpose. You'll work closely with the founder and developers to create a powerful, seamless user experience across our platform.
About the Role:
As our Senior UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for shaping user flows, simplifying complex processes, and building a system that’s powerful yet approachable — especially for non-technical users.
Your first major project will be leading UX for our new AI-driven content publishing system. After that, you’ll work on improving flows across dashboards, forms, task managers, and planning tools.
Responsibilities:
- Map user journeys and create wireframes for new and existing product features
- Build reusable Figma components and maintain lightweight design systems
- Collaborate directly with developers for clean handoff and scalable design
- Audit current user flows and reduce points of friction
- Own the UX process for both new features and product refactoring
- Keep user needs and clarity at the center of every decision
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UX experience with SaaS or complex web applications
- Advanced Figma skills (wireframing, components, design systems)
- Strong understanding of usability, UX patterns, and system logic
- Ability to design for edge cases, onboarding, and clarity of actions
- Available to overlap at least 4 hours with US Eastern Time
- Great communication skills (Slack, Loom, Notion async workflows)
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with CRMs, agency tools, or SaaS products
- Familiarity with Tailwind-based UI or Vue.js design ecosystems
- Knowledge of conversion-driven UX and A/B testing practices
What We Offer:
- Remote, full-time, long-term opportunity
- Flexible contractor or hourly setup, depending on your location
- Competitive pay based on experience and region
How to Apply:
Please send us:
- A short intro about yourself
- A link to your portfolio (or 2–3 relevant product design projects)
- Your hourly rate and availability
