This job is curated by UX Remote Talent from external sources. We are not affiliated with the employer.

We’re a fast-growing SaaS company helping agencies and local businesses simplify their digital marketing and operations. Our platform is packed with powerful features — and we’re looking for a UX designer who can make them feel effortless.

We’re remote-first, product-led, and focused on usability, clarity, and smart design decisions.

The Role
We're hiring a Senior UX Designer to lead the experience design across our product, making it easy to use — especially for non-technical users.

You’ll work closely with the founder (who currently leads product) and a team of developers to create clear user flows, simplify complex tasks, and shape a product that feels intuitive and efficient.

Your first project will be designing the UX for a new AI-powered content publishing tool. From there, you’ll refine and improve flows across the platform, including dashboards, task management, content planning, forms, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Design user flows and wireframes for new and existing product features
  • Create reusable components and lightweight design systems in Figma
  • Collaborate with developers for smooth handoffs and scalable layout implementation
  • Audit current UX flows and reduce friction wherever possible
  • Lead UX for both new features and product improvements
  • Always prioritize the user’s perspective

Requirements

  • 3+ years of UX design experience in SaaS or complex web apps
  • Proficiency in Figma (wireframes, components, systems)
  • Strong grasp of usability, interaction design, and product logic
  • Experience designing onboarding, edge cases, and clear UI flows
  • Ability to overlap at least 4 hours with US Eastern Time
  • Excellent async communication skills (Slack, Loom, Notion)

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Experience with CRM or agency-focused tools
  • Familiarity with Tailwind-based UI or Vue.js limitations
  • Background in conversion-focused UX or A/B testing

Compensation

  • Remote, full-time, and long-term
  • Contractor or hourly (depending on location)
  • Competitive rate based on experience and region

How to Apply
Please include the following:

  • A brief introduction about yourself
  • A link to your portfolio or 2–3 product-focused case studies
  • Your hourly rate and current availability
