The Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who’s passionate about solving complex healthcare challenges through thoughtful design. You’ll work across high-impact projects, driving end-to-end user experiences that make a real difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Research & Discovery: Lead interviews, surveys, usability tests, and A/B tests to uncover user needs and behaviors.
  • Strategy & Ideation: Partner with stakeholders to define product goals and co-create solutions.
  • Design & Prototyping: Build user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma and Miro. Ensure accessibility and scalability in every solution.
  • Collaboration: Present concepts, explain design decisions, and advocate for user-centered practices across teams.

About You

  • 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency.
  • 3+ years working in a regulated industry (pharma, finance, government, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex, data-driven UX projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Miro.
  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, and modern web technologies.
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare/pharma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, or Confluence.
