We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our Innovation Team — someone who thrives at the crossroads of user research, rapid prototyping, and emerging AI technology. You’ll collaborate with PMs, machine learning specialists, and developers to explore AI-driven opportunities and transform early-stage concepts into intuitive, testable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user research to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Plan and run design sprints to ideate, prototype, and test new concepts with cross-functional teams.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma, iterating quickly based on feedback.
- Shape how users interact with AI-powered tools, focusing on trust, usability, and clarity.
- Work closely with engineers and PMs to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical capabilities.
- Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to building a strong design culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing research, prototyping, and product outcomes.
- Skilled facilitator with experience running workshops and design sprints.
- Comfortable working in fast iteration cycles and testing early concepts.
- Strong storytelling skills to present design ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who can design within complex systems while meeting user and business goals.
- Proficient in Figma, Miro, and similar tools.
- Curious and enthusiastic about designing for AI-driven experiences.
