Senior UX Designer

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to help shape end-to-end user experiences across high-impact healthcare projects. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to solve complex challenges, ensuring that digital solutions are user-centered, accessible, and effective.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and analyze user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests, A/B tests).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy, user goals, and business requirements.
• Create UX deliverables including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma and Miro.
• Ensure designs are scalable, accessible, and aligned with technical requirements.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and cross-functional teams, advocating for user needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• 3+ years working in a regulated industry (healthcare, pharma, finance, government).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, research-driven design solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Miro.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to guide design.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern web technologies.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in life sciences, pharma communications, or with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, or Confluence is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 – $125,000, based on experience and qualifications.
