About the Role

We’re looking for a world-class Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intelligent, ethical, human-centered AI. If you have experience from top-tier design or technical programs and a proven track record designing intuitive SaaS or AI-driven products, this role is made for you.

You’ll lead UX strategy and design for advanced agentic AI systems — tools that act autonomously, adapt to user context, and support decision-making with minimal input. You’ll also innovate the user experience for our next-gen supply chain platforms, creating elegant, efficient tools that power global operations.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for agentic AI and complex features across mobile, web, and desktop.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, and engineers to translate complex behaviors into user-friendly designs.
• Contribute to and evolve a sophisticated design system.
• Develop user journeys, interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes that support delegation, oversight, and explainability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, turning insights into improved designs.
• Advocate for ethical UX practices in autonomous systems to ensure transparency, control, and user trust.
• Stay current with trends in AI UX, agentic product design, and human-computer interaction.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HCI, UX Design, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or related fields from a top program.
• 5-7+ years of experience designing digital products, focusing on AI or intelligent systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven and SaaS UX design excellence.
• Deep understanding of user psychology, interaction models, and ethics in autonomous system design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced, multi-timezone teams.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience designing for agentic AI systems (AI agents, co-pilots, auto-delegation, autonomous decision-making).
• Knowledge of explainable AI (XAI), trust calibration, and interaction design for partially autonomous systems.
• Background contributing to technical product decisions.
• Experience building design systems in Figma.
