This position is part of Blink’s Embedded Practice, which connects experienced designers with long-term opportunities inside major client organizations.
Role Overview
As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll create user journeys, wireframes, and polished interfaces using established design systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure design quality, accessibility, and consistency across digital platforms.
This is an ongoing, remote position open to candidates located within the United States.
What You’ll Do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes with minimal supervision.
- Conduct competitive and benchmark analyses to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Research, Development, and Accessibility teams to align on design standards and solve complex cross-platform challenges.
- Work with product managers to scope, plan, and deliver solutions across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Present design work and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Act as a design consultant and trusted partner, bringing strategic thinking and problem-solving to every project.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of professional UX design experience.
- Strong command of Figma and other modern prototyping tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience presenting case studies that explain your design process and problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable working independently and in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
