We’re now reimagining core user experiences to make our platform simpler, smarter, and more human-centered — and we’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join us on this mission.
What You'll Work On
This is a high-impact project with company-wide visibility and real influence on how our users interact with Workana. You’ll help redesign onboarding and activation flows, working across the entire product journey — from first click to engaged user.
You’ll bring structure, emotion, and clarity to complex systems, creating experiences that go beyond screens — thinking in terms of journeys, decisions, and user psychology.
What You’ll Do
- Redesign critical parts of the user experience, focusing on onboarding and activation
- Create seamless, delightful user journeys from discovery to engagement
- Design high-quality, intuitive, and visually aligned interfaces
- Work hand-in-hand with PMs and developers to bring ideas to life
- Use strong UX writing instincts to craft copy that supports the experience
- Participate in strategic product discussions and influence key decisions
- Document your design thinking clearly for scalability and handoff
- Contribute to and evolve our Design System
Who You Are
- 5+ years designing complex digital products (SaaS, marketplaces, etc.)
- Proven experience designing full user journeys (not just screens)
- Strong sense of visual design + UX writing instincts
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (Advanced level required)
- Self-directed and proactive — you thrive in fast-moving environments
- Analytical mindset with deep curiosity about user behavior
- Collaborative, communicative, and business-aware
