Fastn is hiring its first Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience of a fast-growing, AI-powered integration platform for SaaS companies.
As the UX lead, you’ll shape how users onboard, discover features, and navigate complex integrations—making the experience seamless, elegant, and intuitive. You'll work closely with the CEO and product team, taking full ownership of the UX process.

What You’ll Do
- Lead UX from research to final UI design
- Design flows for onboarding, activation, and feature adoption
- Build and test prototypes at various levels
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create and manage Fastn’s design system
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and leadership
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 10+ years in UX (especially SaaS/web apps)
- B2B startup experience
- Strong portfolio with real-world problem-solving
- Figma expertise
- User research experience
- Excellent communication
- Experience with design systems
Nice-to-Have:
- API/integration or developer tool experience
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools
- Frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Experience scaling UX in startups
