Adaptavist
Adaptavist is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join their global research team and help shape user-centered product strategies across multiple business units. This is a full-time remote role, with occasional on-site presence in Madrid required.
You’ll lead foundational and strategic research initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive a culture of evidence-based decision-making. This is an opportunity to influence product direction at both strategic and tactical levels within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions
- Guide research programs that span teams, products, and business units
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate insights into roadmaps
- Mentor junior researchers and enable stakeholders to run effective studies
- Align research with OKRs, timelines, and business priorities
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support research needs
- Communicate findings clearly and drive real outcomes, not just deliverables
What they’re looking for
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 5+ years of UX research experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
- Proven leadership in complex research projects and cross-functional collaboration
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Strong storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience integrating research into agile workflows and product strategy
- Skilled in tools like Maze, UserInterviews, SurveyMonkey, Confluence, and Jira
- Background in accessibility, statistical analysis, or technical disciplines is a plus
