The Role
We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our growing research practice and help shape product decisions through actionable insights. You’ll lead end-to-end research initiatives, collaborate across teams, and strengthen empathy for users across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver impactful UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnography, etc.).
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to inform roadmaps and ensure our solutions solve real problems.
- Develop and maintain foundational research assets like personas, journey maps, and JTBD frameworks.
- Contribute to improving our research standards, tools, and shared knowledge base.
- Communicate insights effectively across the organization to drive empathy and informed decision-making.
- Mentor designers and product managers on best practices in UX research.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of UX research experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities — you make insights stick.
- Familiarity with tools like Sprig, HeyMarvin, Lyssna, or similar.
- Strong organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- (Bonus) Experience in transportation, logistics, or operations software.
