Adaptavist

Adaptavist is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join their global research team and help shape user-centered product strategies across multiple business units. This is a full-time remote role, with occasional on-site presence in Madrid required.

You’ll lead foundational and strategic research initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive a culture of evidence-based decision-making. This is an opportunity to influence product direction at both strategic and tactical levels within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions
  • Guide research programs that span teams, products, and business units
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate insights into roadmaps
  • Mentor junior researchers and enable stakeholders to run effective studies
  • Align research with OKRs, timelines, and business priorities
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to support research needs
  • Communicate findings clearly and drive real outcomes, not just deliverables

What they’re looking for

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 5+ years of UX research experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
  • Proven leadership in complex research projects and cross-functional collaboration
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Strong storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience integrating research into agile workflows and product strategy
  • Skilled in tools like Maze, UserInterviews, SurveyMonkey, Confluence, and Jira
  • Background in accessibility, statistical analysis, or technical disciplines is a plus

Why join Adaptavist?

  • Remote-first culture with flexible working hours
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Comprehensive family leave (26 weeks for birthing parents, 13 for non-birthing)
  • Support for IVF, adoption, egg freezing, menstruation, menopause, and more
  • MacBook and home office support
  • A collaborative, learning-driven culture

Important: This is a full-time position for candidates based near Madrid, Spain. While remote-first, occasional in-person presence is required.
