Role: Senior UX Researcher
Join 6sense as one of the foundational members of its UX Research function. You’ll work alongside the Director of UX Research and collaborate across product, design, and leadership to shape user-centric solutions and scale research impact across the organization.
Your impact:
- Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
- Deliver concise, actionable insights through compelling research reports.
- Guide Product Managers and Designers in user research best practices.
- Document methodologies to help teams self-serve.
- Advocate for evidence-based decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in UX Research, especially in B2B SaaS.
- Proven record of high-impact research from discovery to delivery.
- Skilled in usability testing, methodologies, and statistical analysis.
- Proficient in industry-standard UX research tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills across disciplines.
Compensation & Perks
