About the Senior UX/UI Designer Role
Blueprint Technologies is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to create AI-powered internal tools that improve productivity, streamline business operations, and enhance enterprise workflows.
This remote UX/UI design role focuses on designing intuitive experiences for internal users across customer service, sales, account management, and marketing. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex business requirements into user-friendly digital products, helping shape the future of enterprise AI experiences.
What You'll Do
- Design user-centered experiences for AI-enabled internal tools and enterprise platforms.
- Gather requirements from business, product, and technical stakeholders.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs using Figma.
- Design interfaces that improve productivity and simplify complex business workflows.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business teams throughout the design process.
- Use user feedback and data-driven insights to improve usability and product performance.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deliver high-quality UX and UI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or software design.
- 5+ years of professional UX Design experience.
- 5+ years of UI Design experience.
- 5+ years working with Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual design, and problem-solving.
- Experience designing enterprise software or business applications.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing AI products, AI-enabled tools, or Enterprise AI platforms.
- Background in internal tools, productivity software, or business applications.
- Experience supporting customer service, sales, or marketing platforms.
- Strong visual design skills with production-ready work.
- Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced environments.
Salary & Benefits
- $100,000β$120,000 USD per year (Washington State range).
