About the Role
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll partner with clients and internal teams to design adaptive, pixel-perfect user interfaces. You'll help shape digital experiences across multiple insurance products by applying a structured design process and working closely with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clean, branded UIs
- Lead end-to-end design across client projects and showcases
- Adapt product UI for diverse client use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate fast
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
- Maintain high standards in visual quality and design systems
- Conduct rapid usability testing and implement refinements
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio with client-facing apps or platforms
- Track record of delivering under tight deadlines
- Mastery of design systems and brand guidelines
- High attention to detail in visuals, interactions, and specs
- Structured process: research, sketching, testing, handoff
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Insurance experience is a plus, not required
