About the Role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll partner with clients and internal teams to design adaptive, pixel-perfect user interfaces. You'll help shape digital experiences across multiple insurance products by applying a structured design process and working closely with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clean, branded UIs
  • Lead end-to-end design across client projects and showcases
  • Adapt product UI for diverse client use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate fast
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
  • Maintain high standards in visual quality and design systems
  • Conduct rapid usability testing and implement refinements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
  • Strong portfolio with client-facing apps or platforms
  • Track record of delivering under tight deadlines
  • Mastery of design systems and brand guidelines
  • High attention to detail in visuals, interactions, and specs
  • Structured process: research, sketching, testing, handoff
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Insurance experience is a plus, not required
