We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the UX/UI strategy across multiple websites. In this role, you’ll shape robust design systems, collaborate closely with product and development teams, and help create scalable and user-friendly digital experiences.
What you'll do
- Define UX/UI requirements alongside product owners
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to inform design decisions
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Develop and maintain scalable, consistent design systems
- Support developers during the implementation process
- Use data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform design improvements
- Share UX/UI trends and opportunities with the wider team
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design in a tech-driven environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and final designs
- Proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience designing responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces
- Knowledge of usability testing, product research, and iterative design
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience working in international teams is a plus
