The Role
We’re hiring a Mid-to-Senior UX Researcher to help elevate our product experience across desktop and mobile. You’ll lead research, analyze user behavior, and translate findings into clear, usable wireframes. This is a high-impact role with room to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct user and competitor research to identify pain points, needs, and user flows
- Analyze current interfaces and suggest improvements
- Design wireframes and prototypes using Visily or Figma
- Build personas, journey maps, and usability studies to guide decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers
- Validate ideas via A/B tests, surveys, interviews, and analytics
- Share your findings with stakeholders to drive strategy
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UX research and design
- Proficiency in Visily (preferred), Figma, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of UCD, accessibility, and usability principles
- Experience running interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (a plus)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or heatmaps
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- A portfolio or case studies showing your UX research and wireframes
Nice to Have
- Experience in startup environments
- Familiarity with AI-powered UX tools and methods
Location & Time Zone
We’re a fully remote team, but you must be located within ±4 hours of Central European Time (CET) to ensure smooth collaboration.
