Help millions of music fans enjoy a better live event experience

Every ticket purchase, event reminder, and confirmation message shapes how people experience live music.

As a Senior UX Writer at DICE, you'll craft the content behind those moments—helping fans discover shows, buy tickets, and attend events with confidence, while also improving the tools used by promoters and event organizers.

Working alongside Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers, you'll influence product decisions from the earliest stages rather than simply polishing interface copy before launch.

What you'll work on

You'll create content across both consumer and partner products, including:

  • Ticket purchasing journeys
  • Event discovery experiences
  • Push notifications and emails
  • Onboarding flows
  • Help Centre content
  • CRM campaigns
  • Event management tools for promoters

You'll be a great fit if you have...

  • Experience writing UX content for apps or websites
  • Strong content design skills
  • Experience collaborating inside product teams
  • Confidence presenting and defending design decisions
  • Familiarity with Figma
  • Ability to write within an established brand voice

Why this role stands out

Unlike many UX writing positions where content is added at the end of the design process, writers at DICE are involved from day one.

You'll collaborate directly with designers to shape user journeys, influence product strategy, and create experiences that feel effortless for both music fans and event organizers.

Contract: 6 months
