The Role
Articulate is hiring a Senior UX Writer II with a strong focus on localization and accessibility. You’ll help shape product language across Articulate’s learning platforms, ensuring clear, consistent, and inclusive copy that makes course creation intuitive and enjoyable.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers — crafting content systems that scale globally while staying true to Articulate’s voice.
What You’ll Do
- Write, test, and iterate on clear UI copy for product experiences.
- Establish and maintain UX writing guidelines and style systems.
- Collaborate across teams to create conversational, consistent interfaces.
- Drive best practices in UX writing, localization, and accessibility.
- Use research, A/B testing, and analytics to refine content and improve usability.
- Mentor junior team members and support team collaboration.
- Lead audits, identify content patterns, and propose improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of UX writing experience with a focus on digital products.
- Strong background in localization and accessibility best practices.
- Ability to transform complex workflows into simple, human-centered experiences.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is a plus.
- Strategic thinker who can balance creativity with data-driven decisions.
- Passion for inclusive design and continuous improvement.
