Senior Web Designer

New Market Trading is an on-chain investment consultancy serving more than 1,500 clients, including high-net-worth individuals. The company operates with a team of 40+ full-time crypto-native analysts, consultants, and support professionals, generating over USD $15 million in annual revenue since its launch three years ago.

Role Overview
New Market Trading is seeking an experienced Senior Web Designer to lead the design of the company’s new website. You’ll take full ownership of the design process—from concept and wireframes to polished, developer-ready UI—ensuring a cohesive and visually refined web presence that resonates with a high-end audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full web design process, from structure and layout to visual execution and handoff.
• Create and manage a reusable Figma design system (grids, typography, color styles, and components).
• Design conversion-focused landing pages that communicate trust and clarity.
• Define interaction patterns, motion guidelines, and transitions to guide front-end implementation.
• Review developer builds to ensure design consistency across devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, developers, and other designers to refine ideas and deliver quickly.

About You

• A portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in modern web design.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools (knowledge of Relume or Adobe Suite is a plus).
• Bonus: familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to transform abstract direction into clean, functional designs.

• Location: Remote (open worldwide; overlap with Dubai time zone ±4h preferred)
• Collaboration: Work with 3 product developers and the marketing content lead
• Type: Project-based contract
