The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to join our team on a 3-month contract. You’ll work on high-impact client projects, collaborating with a talented group that values creativity, attention to detail, and design that drives results.
This is a fully remote role. We welcome designers from anywhere in the world, as long as you have excellent English and some working hour overlap with the UK.
If the collaboration is a good fit, there’s potential for the contract to extend.
What You’ll Do
- Lead website design projects from UX wireframes to polished UI
- Collaborate with design and development teams across multiple touchpoints
- Create supporting digital assets: web graphics, social media visuals, pitch decks, and more
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Present your work clearly to both internal teams and clients
- Contribute to a strong design process and adapt to fast-moving project needs
What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing top-tier website design, UX thinking, and visual detail
- Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of responsive design and web usability
- Great collaborator who communicates clearly and lifts others up
- Understanding of how design supports business goals and performance
- Familiarity with web development principles — no coding required, but you know how to design with developers in mind (especially WordPress)
- Excellent English and confident communication across time zones
Contract Details
- 3-month fixed contract, full-time commitment
- Fully remote
- Competitive day rate (~£250/day, depending on experience and location)
- Potential for contract extension based on performance
