Spanish Linguistic AI Evaluation Expert

OpenTrain AI is looking for a Spanish Linguistic AI Evaluation Expert to review, edit and improve Spanish-language content produced by large language models.

This worldwide remote opportunity is designed for Spanish language professionals who can apply expert linguistic judgment to AI-generated translations, summaries, conversations and grammar-focused tasks.

You'll identify where AI-generated Spanish sounds incorrect, unnatural or culturally inappropriate and provide the detailed human feedback needed to improve future model performance.

The role pays $50 per hour and requires availability for at least 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

You'll evaluate Spanish content generated by AI systems and help create high-quality linguistic data for model training and improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Review AI-generated Spanish across translation, summarization, dialogue and grammar tasks.
• Evaluate outputs for linguistic accuracy and natural phrasing.
• Edit and rewrite Spanish text where necessary.
• Identify grammatical, syntactic and semantic errors.
• Annotate language data according to project requirements.
• Assess whether responses are culturally and contextually appropriate.
• Identify awkward or unnatural language produced by the model.
• Recognize gaps and recurring weaknesses in model performance.
• Provide precise written feedback explaining linguistic problems.
• Apply consistent evaluation standards across different types of Spanish-language content.

Spanish Language Expertise

A central part of the job is determining whether AI-generated Spanish sounds like something a proficient Spanish speaker would naturally write or say.

You'll need to evaluate more than basic grammatical correctness.
