About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to craft user-centered, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy and design direction in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. This role requires a balance of critical thinking, design execution, and user advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire product design process—from research and ideation to final delivery and iteration
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and final visual designs
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to align design with business and technical goals
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and research to inform design decisions
- Translate customer feedback into new feature ideas and usability improvements
- Present design rationale and UX insights to cross-functional teams
- Iterate based on feedback, testing, and performance data
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
- Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices
- Use data and analytics to assess design impact and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up to date with UX/UI trends and contribute new ideas to the team
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX
- At least 3 years of experience designing for cybersecurity products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions and visual polish
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, Agile environments
- Experience designing across platforms (web, mobile, responsive)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and interaction design
- Experience with data visualization is a plus
