Sr. UX Designer

TEKsystems is hiring a Senior UX Designer to join a fast-moving, highly collaborative team working on digital products across web, mobile, and internal tools. You'll lead UX work end to end — from research and strategy to final design execution.

What You’ll Do

• Design user experiences for portals, dashboards, and customer-facing platforms
• Lead UX research and apply insights to product decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI in Figma
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing
• Contribute to content strategy, accessibility, and responsive design
• Help define and evolve design systems and best practices

Must-Have Experience

• 6+ years in UX or Product Design
• Strong Figma skills (components, prototypes, layout)
• Portfolio with 3+ strong case studies that show process and impact
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Confident presenting work to stakeholders
• Able to work independently and adapt quickly in an agile environment

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
• Experience with CMS-backed websites or internal tools
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (not for coding, just for collaboration)
• Background in retail, finance, or insurance
• Experience designing reusable systems or component libraries

Work Culture

This is a fully remote role, but you'll need to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.
