We’re building the tools and experiences that power Netflix ads — and we need an experienced Senior Content Designer to help lead the way.
What you'll do
- Design thoughtful, user-friendly content for internal enterprise tools that support ads.
- Shape the language systems and terminology used across our ads platform.
- Work closely with product designers, engineers, business and sales teams.
- Translate complex technical ideas into clear, useful content.
- Drive clarity and consistency across a global, cross-functional product.

We work at the intersection of design, technology, and innovation — crafting systems and experiences that scale.
You'll join a small, ambitious team of creative thinkers who thrive in complexity and love solving hard problems together.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 6+ years in UX writing, content design, or technical writing.
- Understand enterprise tools, information architecture, and language systems.
- Can turn complexity into clarity — especially for B2B audiences.
- Are comfortable collaborating with highly technical partners.
- Love thinking in systems and scaling design with consistency.
- Bring strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong UX instincts.
Bonus if you’ve worked in ads or on B2B platforms.
