LaunchDarkly is seeking a talented and curious Product Designer to join our team and help shape the core user experience of our Feature Management and Enterprise products. You'll design tools used daily by developers and enterprise teams to manage complex software releases. Your work will influence critical workflows and help simplify highly technical processes across web and mobile platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, understands developer needs, and can design intuitive experiences for complex systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences across feature management and enterprise workflows
- Translate technical requirements into intuitive and testable UX patterns
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply data insights to guide decisions
- Deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect visuals
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers
- Maintain consistency across our platform by contributing to the design system
- Advocate for enterprise and developer needs in broader product discussions
About You
- 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally within Enterprise SaaS
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, UX/UI craft, and problem-solving
- Proficient in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools
- Experience designing for developer and/or admin personas
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Data-informed and research-driven approach to design
- Passionate about your craft and eager to keep growing
- Experience with AI design tools is a plus
Compensation
LaunchDarkly pays based on U.S. geographic zones:
- Zone 1 (SF Bay Area or NYC): $149,000 – $204,000
- Zone 2 (Boston, DC, LA, Seattle, etc.): $134,000 – $184,000
- Zone 3 (All other U.S. locations): $126,000 – $174,000
