We’re seeking a Staff Product Designer to help shape Webflow’s core design product. In this role, you’ll define workflows, interactions, and frameworks that enable users to build scalable web experiences. You’ll lead discovery, research, and ideation, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to create new, impactful product experiences.

Location & Compensation

  • Remote-first (U.S.; BC & ON, Canada)
  • Full-time, exempt
  • Base pay ranges vary by geographic zone and experience:

United States (USD)

  • Zone A: $175,800 – $247,700
  • Zone B: $164,500 – $232,200
  • Zone C: $154,200 – $217,600

Canada (CAD, ON & BC)

  • $199,300 – $281,100

Compensation is determined by location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Please confirm your zone with the recruiter.

Role Overview

As a Staff Product Designer, you will:

  • Design end-to-end user experiences informed by qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problems and define potential solutions.
  • Engage with users to deeply understand their needs and pain points.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to navigate technical and UX dependencies.
  • Deliver high-quality designs and specifications to communicate requirements clearly to engineers.
  • Explore opportunities for growth within the role, incorporating your interests and development goals.
