The Role
As a Staff Product Designer on the Fintech team, you’ll lead high-impact design initiatives that help small business owners manage and understand their finances. You’ll drive UX strategy, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and mentor other designers to elevate quality and consistency across Jobber’s design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery
- Define and drive UX strategy for the Fintech product group
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align vision and goals
- Mentor and coach designers to raise the craft bar
- Advocate for exceptional UX and customer-centric design
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product design experience in web or mobile SaaS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating polished, impactful work
- Expertise with Figma, FigJam, and design fundamentals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers
- Ability to balance long-term vision with incremental delivery
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $169,200 – $228,900 USD, plus equity
