About the Team
The Client Experience Operations (CXO) team focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of client support agents. We are seeking a Staff Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of systems, experience, and technology. You will design intuitive, AI-powered tools that shape how our teams and clients interact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of CXO tools, contributing to product roadmap discussions and strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to develop practical, well-crafted design solutions.
- Design internal and client-facing AI-powered tools to improve customer interactions.
- Develop concepts and prototypes, using the appropriate fidelity for the task.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback to inform product strategy.
- Use data to guide design decisions.
- Ensure all UX work aligns with the strategic direction of the team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in customer experience tools and AI-driven design.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovative design.

- Understanding of front-end technologies is a plus.
