Staff Product Designer

Origin is looking for a Staff Product Designer to craft AI-driven experiences that transform complex financial data into simple, actionable insights. You’ll own the end-to-end design process — from research and flows to high-fidelity interfaces — while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on simplifying complexity, shaping user-centered strategies, and building polished, scalable design systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Translate data and AI capabilities into intuitive, empowering interfaces.
• Lead usability testing and apply feedback to refine experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system.
• Advocate for clarity, consistency, and innovation across the product.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing fintech, data-rich, or AI-driven products.
• Expertise across the full design lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Experience translating complex concepts into user-centered solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma (and similar design/prototyping tools).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Origin does not sponsor visas).
