Staff UX Researcher

We’re looking for a Staff UX Researcher to help shape Reddit’s international growth. You’ll work in our Consumer Product team, leading foundational and evaluative research that guides strategic decisions. Your insights will directly influence how Reddit serves new users globally.

This is a fully remote position. Prefer working in-person? You’re welcome at any of our offices, anytime.

What you’ll do

• Lead impactful international UX research (both in-person and remote)
• Design and run mixed-method studies (interviews, surveys, behavioral analysis, etc.)
• Deliver research that informs high-level product strategy and roadmap decisions
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Engineering, Data Science)
• Develop long-term research programs that drive real product and business results

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of experience in UX research
• Proven experience conducting international research
• Expertise in qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience driving strategy across teams and projects
• Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities

Bonus points if you have

• An advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in HCI, Psychology, Stats, Behavioral Science, etc.

Compensation

Base salary range: $180,200 – $252,300 USD
Includes equity in the form of RSUs, and possibly a commission depending on the final offer.
