A global e-commerce company in the apparel and beauty space is looking for a remote Technical Designer Assistant to join their growing team. This position supports the technical development of garments, focusing on fit sessions, tech pack updates, and communication with factory partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Support fit sessions and document feedback on garment construction and fit
- Assist in updating specifications and maintaining tech packs (BOMs, measurements, construction details)
- Track sample approvals and ensure clear documentation across product stages
- Communicate changes and fit notes to suppliers in a clear and timely manner
- Learn and apply internal quality and fit standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to cross-functional collaboration
About You:
- You’re detail-oriented and eager to learn about product development and garment construction
- You’re familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
- You’re collaborative and organized, with strong communication skills
