The Role
Drivetrain is hiring a UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience across its website and digital products. The ideal candidate will translate complex business needs into clear, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces. This position involves close collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with both user goals and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final mockups for web applications.
- Develop UI elements such as buttons, menus, and widgets that improve usability.
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback and insights.
- Enhance visual appeal and functionality across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and style guides.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends and best practices in UI/UX.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Webflow is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.
