UI/UX Designer — Creative & Visual Storyteller

Zealogics is looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strong product thinking with exceptional visual craft and storytelling.

This role goes beyond producing polished interfaces. You’ll be expected to understand complex product and business requirements, transform them into intuitive experiences, and communicate the thinking behind your work clearly to clients, executives, product teams, and developers.

It’s a strong fit for a designer who enjoys taking ownership, presenting ideas, and staying closely involved from early concepts through implementation.

What you'll be doing

You’ll work across web and mobile products while collaborating directly with technical and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing modern and intuitive experiences for web and mobile products.
• Turning complicated requirements and concepts into clear user experiences and visual narratives.
• Developing polished UI designs with strong attention to hierarchy, composition, and usability.
• Presenting concepts and design solutions to clients, executives, product owners, and engineering teams.
• Communicating the reasoning behind your design decisions.
• Incorporating stakeholder feedback and iterating on solutions.
• Partnering with developers throughout the process to help designs translate successfully into the final product.
• Managing multiple design initiatives when necessary.
• Taking proactive ownership of problems rather than waiting for detailed direction.
• Creating and maintaining reusable components and design-system patterns.
• Ensuring consistency across different areas of the product experience.

You should have:

• Strong professional experience with Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent visual and interface design fundamentals.
• Strong UX and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to simplify complicated information through design.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Confidence working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience explaining and defending design decisions while remaining receptive to feedback.
• An understanding of contemporary digital design patterns and trends.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
• A strong online portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

AI-assisted design workflows

AI is explicitly part of the role.

Zealogics wants a designer who understands how emerging AI tools can fit into modern design and development workflows.

Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable AI tools is expected, alongside the judgment to use them effectively within the wider creative process.

Additional skills that could set you apart

Candidates can strengthen their application with experience in areas such as:

• Motion design or basic video editing.
• HTML and CSS.
• Mobile application design.
• Enterprise product design.
• Industrial software and complex business applications.

These aren't positioned as core requirements, but they can broaden the range of projects you're able to contribute to.

A designer who can communicate the idea

A particularly important part of this position is the ability to tell the story behind the design.

You'll need to explain not only what you've designed, but why a particular direction solves the underlying problem and how it supports the customer or product objective.

That makes this especially relevant for designers comfortable combining hands-on execution with stakeholder presentations and cross-functional collaboration.

Portfolio

An online design portfolio is required.

Your work should demonstrate more than finished screens. Strong examples showing your thinking, visual craft, problem solving, and ability to turn complex requirements into understandable experiences will be particularly relevant.
