Uvation is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create engaging digital experiences and visual assets across web, marketing, and brand projects.

The role combines UI/UX, graphic design, and visual communication, with close collaboration across design, marketing, and development teams.

What You'll Do

  • Create UI concepts and visual designs aligned with brand and project requirements.
  • Design graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other assets for digital and print channels.
  • Work across multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to translate requirements into effective creative work.
  • Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce polished designs.
  • Work with developers to maintain design quality through implementation.
  • Help establish and maintain a consistent creative direction.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Keep up with evolving design tools, trends, and best practices.

What They're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of relevant design experience.
  • Strong portfolio covering UI/UX and visual design projects.
  • Advanced Figma skills.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience using Jira and working in Agile environments is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, web, and graphic design fundamentals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within fast-moving teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative or related field.

Familiarity with HTML and CSS is also an advantage.
