We’re seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer with a strong fintech background and a passion for crafting intuitive, data-driven interfaces for web and mobile apps. This role goes beyond aesthetics — you’ll help redefine how users engage with AI-powered agents and shape the future of lending technology through innovative design.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the redesign of Saaf’s core product UI/UX, focusing on AI-driven workflows that simplify complex processes.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to translate user needs and business goals into elegant, user-friendly interfaces.
- Build scalable design frameworks that work seamlessly across web and mobile platforms.
- Design clear, logical information hierarchies for data-heavy dashboards, forms, and workflow tools.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay at the forefront of UI/UX trends, especially in AI-human interaction, and champion best practices within the team.
- Deliver pixel-perfect design assets, interactive prototypes, and thorough design specifications.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong track record in fintech or related fields.
- A portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications featuring data-centric interfaces like dashboards, complex forms, and workflow tools.
- Deep expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to think systemically and create scalable, reusable design frameworks.
- Understanding of how AI agents impact UX design patterns is a bonus.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.
