What You’ll Do
As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll work closely with the Director of Design & UX and cross-functional teams to create and refine product designs that are user-centered and data-driven. Your work will directly shape how people experience our technology worldwide.

  • Design high-quality UI/UX flows in Figma
  • Improve and maintain our design system
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement features with pixel-perfect precision
  • Use data and testing (A/B, user research, etc.) to inform and validate your design decisions
  • Participate in continuous design iteration based on user and stakeholder feedback
  • Ensure all design output meets a high bar for detail, usability, and consistency

Requirements

  • A portfolio showcasing excellent UI/UX work
  • Experience contributing to and evolving a design system
  • Strong command of Figma and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Maze
  • Solid understanding of frontend workflows and how design decisions impact development
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, iterative design process
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate design rationale clearly
  • Experience working with data to inform product design
